Return and Refund Policy

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied, you can return a product we sell for up to 15 days from the time of your purchase. All we ask is that you return it in the same condition that you received it. Product must be unused and unaltered and we will gladly issue a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with their returns. If you are unsure of your next step, please contact us and we will work with you to the best of our abilities.  

Refunds: Because of the nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds once our work has begun on a project. If you are not completely satisfied or you think something is faulty, please feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to work with you.

Shipping Process

You can ship your serialized item directly to us because we possess a Federal Firearm License(FFL). Please ensure that your firearm is unloaded and do not ship any ammo. Pack your item with sufficient protection to avoid damage. We are not responsible for any damage incurred due to shipping. Please do not send us such a large box for a small item. Since we are shipping it back to you free of charge, we will most likely not ship back in the same box you sent us. If you ship us your firearm in it’s gun case or any other hard case, we will charge an extra fee for shipping back. This charge will be added to your final bill. In your package please include a completed SAKAL order form and a clear copy of your government issued ID. It is mandated by federal law that we ship you back your serialized item in the same address that is listed in your ID. No exceptions. Also, unless you possess an FFL, you must ship your serialized item via 2nd day UPS or FEDEX only. Please do not ship this through your local USPS. Please get a tracking number for your item because we are not responsible for items that do not make it to our shop. We also suggest that you buy insurance for the full amount of your item but we do not require it.

The shipping of serialized items can also be done through your local FFL dealer and therefore you will need to give them a copy of our FFL and they would need to send us a copy of theirs as well. Please feel free to print a copy of our license from our ORDER FORMS page.

The shipping of non-serialized items can be done by you at any courier and can be shipped back to any address that you designate for it. It also does not require your ID or our FFL.
